Return and Exchange Policy for Title of Libertee Apparel

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2 Time Frame:

• You must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are non-returnable.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately.

2.2 Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on returning the item and arranging for a replacement.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Refund Time Frame:

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2 Exchanges:

• If you are exchanging an item due to a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement item at no additional charge.
